This website is the personal and professional home of Mark Falzon — covering his writing, ventures, mentoring, speaking, and books. You are welcome to read, share, and link to it freely.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to it or to any systems connected to it.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, all content on this site — text, essays, frameworks, photography, book material, and design — is the property of Mark Falzon and is protected by copyright. The frameworks and their names (including The Venture Compass, the Hero's Journey, Métis, and the Developmental Model as applied here) remain his intellectual property.
You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page. Reproducing substantial portions, or republishing content commercially, requires prior written permission.
Books & purchases
Books purchased through this site are sold in Australian dollars and processed securely by Stripe. Physical books are shipped to the address you provide at checkout; digital editions are delivered electronically.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will make it right. Refunds and replacements for damaged or undelivered physical items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
External links & no warranty
This site links to external resources and companion sites (such as MAD, Synarchos, and The Venture Compass). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
The site and its content are provided “as is,” for general information. Nothing here constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice, and reading it does not create an advisory or client relationship.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this site will be handled in that jurisdiction.

What we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. When you buy a book, Stripe collects the payment and delivery details needed to process and ship your order.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell your information to anyone. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics may be used to understand which pages are read.
How we use it
Contact-form details are used solely to read and reply to your message. They are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider.
Purchase details are used only to fulfil your order and meet our record-keeping obligations. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Cookies & local storage
This site keeps your shopping cart in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits. This stays on your device and is not shared. Clearing your browser storage empties the cart.
Third parties
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and our hosting platform. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service, under their own privacy terms.
Your choices & contact
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To make a request — or if you have any question about privacy — use the contact page and we will respond.
